I successfully built:
- tyro79
- Xilo JB Edition 4S
- Xilo JB Edition 6S
As a beginner I felt that the Tyro79 was an easier build. While soldering was on small pads, it was not too much and well described.
A little disclaimer: I did study a bit different builds before.
The Xilo is a bit more complex due to:
- More parts to solder
- measuring cable distances
For both builds I had little issues with the receiver. Too short cables when set in place. While the suggestion from JB to put all in place before soldering is a must, it was not possible for me.
That was also due to trying different receiver, including ghost. The problem was that I did not foresee the antenna placement.
