This is my first “alone” build. After “ready packed” builds I decided to go alone.
The basic idea was to have an about 3″ but a bit over powered. In particular I wanted to use 2004 motors to test the fact that with less resistance on props a “larger” motor could pick up as fast as a torque dedicated motor. As there is no results yet, I just list here the build.
Details:
- Frame: FlowX mini from fpvframe.ch (https://fpvframe.ch/fpvx/product/flowx-mini/)
- FC: I- Flight Beast F7
- VXT: I-Flight succex nano
- RX: XM+
- Motors: FlashHobby. 2004/1900kv
- Props: AVAN 3.5″ (the only one there at that time: with the half inch)
- Batteries: XT60 (the build supports up to 6S)
I did a first flight with a insta360 go on it. It all looked fine except a bit of prop wash coming down from dives. The below is with 3.5″ props on.
